Pritam Singh is a senior tax and commercial finance adviser with over 20 years’ experience across Big‑4 firms and large multinational companies.
He combines deep technical mastery of Malaysian tax law with hands‑on commercial experience advising corporates, owner‑managed groups and inbound investors.
His practice spans the full compliance lifecycle, from routine corporate tax filings, RPGT/CGT matters, SST and withholding tax, and robust representation during tax audits and investigations, while also delivering pragmatic, audit‑ready documentation and written technical sign‑offs that reduce reassessment and penalty risk.
Beyond compliance, Pritam has led major project work including designing and implementing domestic and cross‑border tax‑efficient structures, advising on complex restructurings and carve‑outs, negotiating financing and leasing arrangements, and securing incentive and ruling outcomes for strategic investments.
He brings a commercial lens to technical problems, translating regulatory complexity into clear transaction mechanics, cash‑flow modelling and implementation roadmaps that protect value and keep deals moving.
